Bio: As a yoga, dance, holistic health, and cooking enthusiast, Kristen authentically connects with her community to support and encourage personal growth. Kristen is a caring and compassionate RYTT 200hr Yoga Teacher with a B.A. in Dance. Her classes emphasize a connection with the mind & body, using the breath to lead the movement, while weaving spiritual themes and lessons into the asana. She is dedicated to personal growth, reflection, and healing and shines her love and light in everything she does and encounters.
