Kristen is a caring and compassionate RYTT 200hr Yoga Teacher with a B.A. in Dance. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Children’s Yoga. Kristen grew up dancing and started practicing yoga on and off in high school. In 2015, she was called to yoga in retreat from the abrasiveness of running on a daily basis. It was then that she found a connection with her breath and began to experience the spiritual, mental, and physical benefits of yoga. Kristen’s yoga classes emphasize a mind and body connection and awareness. Her classes encourage the use of breath to lead the practice, awareness of the body, and weave a spiritual and emotional element into the asana. She is dedicated to supporting personal growth and healing through yoga. We practice on the mat so we can take our practice off the mat and into our daily life.
Kristen lives by the ocean on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. She has a strong connection with the element of water and the ocean. When is not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her at the beach walking or reading, cooking, baking, exploring, or spending time with family. Kristen also works with doTERRA Essential Oils, does small group catering, provides wellness support, and cooking lessons.
