Sarah was introduced to Yoga at a young age when her mother brought her along to her to Yoga and Meditation in her hometown studio in Newburyport. An active athlete, she rediscovered yoga after college and began taking yoga to heal her sore “runner’s knees”. Amazed at how yoga not only alleviated pain in the joints, but also created a freedom of expression and comfort in the mind and the body, Sarah was hooked.
Sarah completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher certification with Frog Lotus Yoga International in Bali, Indonesia, training and teaching alongside some of the best instructors in the world. A former elementary school teacher, Sarah is also a certified childlight children's yoga teacher, and an OM births prenatal yoga instructor. She is constantly inspired by nature and enchanted by traveling, and leads yoga retreats around the world. Sarah encourages growth and interconnectedness of the physical and spiritual self within her students, and incorporates accessible modifications for each individual.
