The Aquarius Full Moon is a powerful experience designed to awaken your inner visionary, connect you to collective consciousness, and shake loose any stagnant energy. The full moon wisdom is an activation of breakthrough consciousness as Aquarian energy represents analytical thinking, innovation within the community, and our values and progress. The dynamism illuminates the need to break free from outdated systems, think collectively rather than individually, and anchor visionary ideals. How can I align myself with groups that I share common values with to creatively shift and expand new innovative ideas? What new world do I want to co-create? This is an opportunity to release old patterns in communication, power structures and relationships that are in need of re-programming, especially around group dynamics, friendships and community roles. Balanced energy flows into social movements, art, relationships and truth telling as this Full Moon’s energy is amplified by other cosmic planetary action. We are encouraged to shed collective conditioning and access personal power through social awareness helping to uplift our community all the while, uplifting our own unique path. It is also a time to recognize and release group collaborations or an issue within your circle where you may feel overburdened and need to step back and practice self-care.

This 90 minute practice infuses a creative sequence to let that inner rebel shine. Find your center through yoga, meditation and an enlightening practice to help you release old patterns and feel energized to explore new ideas. Suitable for all levels.
