Interested in trying Pilates but not sure where to begin? This supportive and beginner friendly 5 week Classical Mat Pilates series is the perfect place to start. Designed to help you move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body through the original Joseph Pilates method, each class will focus on building confidence, body awareness, and a strong foundation in a welcoming environment.
Together, we’ll explore foundational mat exercises with an emphasis on breath, alignment, core strength, posture, mobility, and mindful movement. Expect a practice that feels both grounding and energizing, with clear instruction, modifications, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
Whether you are brand new to Pilates, returning to movement, or simply looking to deepen your mind body practice, this series offers an approachable and enjoyable way to learn classical mat Pilates at your own pace.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, bring a mat, and get ready to move, learn, and have fun.
