Take time at the end of the day to slow down, soften, and tend to your heart.

This 90-minute evening mini retreat weaves together heart-opening yoga, guided discussion, metta (loving-kindness) meditation, ceremonial cacao, and reflective journaling to support emotional ease, presence, and connection.

We’ll begin with gentle, accessible movement to release tension and create spaciousness in the body, followed by quieter practices that invite stillness and self-reflection. The intention is not to fix or push, but to listen inward and care for what’s been carrying you.

Ceremonial cacao will be offered as an optional heart-opening ritual, shared with care and intention.

This experience is appropriate for all levels and anyone seeking a grounded, nourishing pause.

$40 per person. Please pre-register for this event. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, a favorite mug if you prefer your own and any layers or personal items that help you feel comfortable and supported.
