Julia started her fitness journey in 2018 after playing sports her whole life. She is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Julia is passionate about fitness & helping others achieve their goals.
Julia's main belief is to enjoy the process! Fitness is a journey, not a destination.
Public Small Group Training Sessions:
Mondays 7:30 am
Wednesdays 7:30 am
Private Personal Training Sessions:
Wednesdays 6 am + 9 am
Fridays 8 am + 9:30 am
