Join us for a 75-minute Prenatal Yoga workshop designed to gently support you through every stage of pregnancy. This all-levels class focuses on mindful stretching, deep breathing, and tuning into your body as you prepare for motherhood. With a calm, nurturing pace, it’s the perfect space to connect with your baby, ease physical tension, and build strength and confidence for birth and beyond. No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are.
