Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Join Annalisa for a deeply nourishing and calming experience designed to help you rest, reset, and restore. This class begins with a series of gentle restorative yoga poses, fully supported with props, allowing the body to release tension while guided through slow, mindful breathing.
The practice will transition into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this space, the body can fully relax while the mind becomes quiet and receptive, promoting deep rest and inner balance.
This cozy, soothing class is an invitation to slow down, unwind, and reconnect—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
Gentle hands on assists with essential oils will be offered during class.
