Ease into Autumn: Sound Bath, Stillness + Flow

Join Kelly for a nourishing evening designed to welcome the shift of the season. Through gentle Qigong-inspired movement, we’ll release tension and invite balance into the body. A soothing guided meditation will quiet the mind and open space for inner reflection. We’ll close with the healing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing your whole being to settle into deep rest and renewal. This practice is an invitation to pause, restore, and realign with the natural rhythm of Autumn. All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow for optimal comfort.
