Tabatha not only loves to teach all types of Yoga, she is also a Pilates Teacher, a Stretch Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, an Esthetician and an NRT Practitioner. Her many health and wellness modalities help clients mind, body and soul. Her goal is to help individuals practice moments of self love, gratitude and to live a healthy lifestyle. When she is not on her mat, you can catch her meditating, journaling, cooking from scratch, baking sourdough and creating dairy free & plant based version of favorite recipes.
