Yoga nidra is an ancient yogic practice that encourages deep relaxation of the physical, emotional and mental bodies. When these aspects of ourselves relax we are able to dive beneath the surface of our experience to explore what lies within us. When yoga nidra is paired with restorative yoga the physical body is offered opportunity to unwind and enter into a state of receptive awareness. This workshop will provide the practitioner an opportunity to completely relax, unravel traumas and connect with the deepest and most sacred aspect of ourselves.
