8:45am - 9:45am: All levels yoga flow designed for runners
This Yoga for runners workshop is open to all levels of runners and yoga practitioners (no experience to advanced). The workshop includes a fun and accessible three mile run (you set your own pace) followed by a slow vinyasa-style yoga practice back at the cozy studio.
Linking movement to your breath, stretch out after the run with strength-building yoga poses that target muscle groups specific to running. End with with longer-held poses aimed at releasing connective tissue and common tight areas in the body. Breath work (pranayama) designed to enhance running performance and your yoga practice is interwoven throughout the workshop. This workshop is accessible to all levels of runners/yoga practitioners.
