Yoga for Beginners (2 Week Series)

Join Danielle in a non-competitive environment and build the proper foundation for a life long practice. You’ll learn how to utilize your breath and become more aware of your body through alignment. We will cover the fundamental poses that are offered in every yoga class so you feel confident to take your practice to the next step. The cost includes 1 free week of unlimited classes following the workshop!

This workshop is ideal for absolute beginners. Saturday September 17 and Saturday September 24, 1-3pm.

$60 for 2 week series / $35 drop in
